This Library Site is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all members.
To support that goal, we provide a simple Code of Conduct that all members are expected to follow.
This etiquette applies to all members at all times while accessing or using the Library Site.
Registration on this Library Site constitutes agreement to this Code of Conduct,
as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. BASIC BEHAVIOR
- 1.1 Respectful Conduct
- Behavior that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, hateful, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit,
invasive of privacy, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable is not permitted on the Library Site.
- Members must interact respectfully when communicating with site staff through contact forms or email.
- Attempts to disrupt the operation of the Library Site or interfere with other members’ access are prohibited.
- 1.2 Illegal or Copyright‑Violating Material
- Members may not attempt to upload, distribute, or request pirated software, media, or any copyrighted material.
- Requests for serial keys, cracks, or tools that bypass licensing are not allowed.
- Links to websites that distribute illegal or infringing content are not permitted.
- Discussion of technologies such as BitTorrent is allowed only when not used to exchange copyrighted or illegal material.
- 1.3 Pornographic and Provocative Content
- The Library Site must remain appropriate for a general audience.
- Material that is pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually demeaning, or intentionally provocative is not permitted.
- 1.4 SPAM, Marketing, and Solicitation
- Marketing, advertising, or promoting commercial products or services is not allowed anywhere on the Library Site.
- Unsolicited promotional messages or repeated attempts to direct members to external commercial content are prohibited.
- Affiliate links or referral links are not permitted.
- 1.5 Respect for Site Administrators
- Administrators maintain the integrity and security of the Library Site.
- Their decisions regarding account actions, access restrictions, or policy enforcement must be respected.
- 1.6 Complaints and Issues
- Any concerns or complaints must be submitted privately through the contact form or email.
- Public attempts to dispute administrative decisions or policies are not permitted.
- 1.7 Site Membership
- The Administrator reserves the right to edit, suspend, delete, ban, or blacklist any member account if necessary to protect the integrity of the Library Site.
- The Administrator may remove any content submitted through contact forms or communication channels if it violates this Code of Conduct.
2. GENERAL
- 2.1 Profile Fields
- Optional profile fields may be left blank.
- If you choose to provide information, it must be accurate and relevant.
- Usernames must follow basic standards of decency and may not contain profanity.
- The Administrator may edit or restrict usernames that are inappropriate, misleading, impersonate staff, or contain trademarked, religious, or political references.
- 2.2 Consequences of Breaking the Rules
- Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the Library Site.
- Violations may result in warnings or immediate account action at the discretion of the Administrator.
